SABC 2 brings back the new season of the successful consumer rights show – Speak Out. Resolving difficult consumer issues, speaking for the voiceless, Speak Out makes a welcome return on our screens, Wednesday, 08th September at 21h30.
This time around the show brings a different approach in the form of two, young, talented presenters, Duncan Senye and Vuyelwa Booi, replacing the steadfast, straight talking and firm presenter, Dosto Noge. Talk about huge boots to fill.
The ordinary consumer in the street often feels abused by retailers and service providers and isn’t quite sure how to address that situation or get a real, satisfying solution. The programme aims to be the champion and awake up call.
Current affairs and Reality TV combine and the results are learning outcomes that empower the viewer without becoming too preachy. It sets out to challenge retailers and service providers on behalf of the man or the woman in the street and to investigate civic issues that currently affect us all.
With strong investigative research behind them the team will continue to expose bad service and show consumers how to handle such situations themselves. So often people just lose their temper and then nothing is achieved.
One of the features in the show is “Hero and Zero of the Week”. In this section they look at those service providers who have gone out of their way to provide exceptional service, those complaints that have been resolved in a way that is above and beyond the expectation of the consumer and those retailers or service providers who have failed to correct their mistake in any way at all. This is a running total as it were and companies may find themselves as “Zero of the Week” for a long time if they are not careful.

This person in the streets needs a champion, not just for his or her rights but also for redress and education. She gave me all the relevant details and helped to pick up the right stone and also with the accessories. all this was done early 12/2012, cash purchase, and promised to have the erection completed 1st week of jan 2013 as was informed warehouse office in P.E. closed. accepted that and had to live inpection to family, left her family contacts to call on placement day. All went well and grave pastor also content. was told to leave the stone a few days before covering with cloth waiting for unveilling.done that, family put cloth on a week later, but complained that the head of stone is not steady,bt shaky, and by the time we do unveilling will have fallen down. Lebohang Mathibela, an employee at Nedbank Selby branch knocked my car last year on the 21st March 2012, due to reckless driving. To date she has not done anything that shows that she's even willing to fix my car or pay for the damage. I have begged her, nag her but to no avail. Please assist me, my name is Locadia I bought a car "Silver Yaris 2007 model" to a Private seller his name is Jimmy in May 2012.
For the amount of R55,000.00 cash the problem started in December 2012 when two men come into my house, they said they come from lencensing office to change the owner ship of the car, and the licencing office refered them to me . And I am not in the position of selling the car I still got my car. I went to the police station they refered me to licensing office. I went there and explined my problem they said they don't understand what happened because the car is still on my name. Then they refered me to Guateng Provincial Offices in Johannesburg, I phoned them and explained my problem they said there's nothing they can do at the moment because I don't have proof. Then I phone Jimmy told him what's happening with the car its only 7 months I bought this car but am having problem already what happening and he said I mustn't worry just people tjey copying car but my one is legit. Then wst week of January I got 2x traffic fines, now I've got prrof so I phoned Gauteng Provinacial Offices and told them that now I got proof, they said I need to change my number plates to personalized ones so that they can be able to trace that other car. It was a ong procedure I went to police station did affidavits, went for police clearence and did the macro dot (Data Dot) that was on the 21 Jan 2013. Went back to Gautent Provincial Offices did my personalized number plate costed me R852.00 plus R500,00 of macro dot, handed over my all documments to them, they said I need to go to licensing office to link my new personalized registration numbers to the system so that they can be able to cancell and trace the old registration of that duplicated car and they will give me the new car disk reflecting a new registration number that was on the 31 January 2013. On the 04 March went to licensing department they link my registration on the system and I paid R180.00 I didn't have enough money to do the licence disk. On the 7th of March 2013 I went to Licensing office in Randburg for my disk they printed a Natis 164 they said o need to clear thje car again, went back to the office checked and compared this Natis print out all to find out the colour of my car has changed from SILVER to BLUE only God know how that has happened I was shuttered. And this happened between the 1st of February 2013 and the 4th of March 2013 beacuse prior that the car was SILVER on the system and my car is still silver. I phone Gauteng Provincail Offices again and Vera said someone again is trying to get tje owner ship of this car I must go back to license office they got no idea what has happened. I don't know whether the seller is involve this because this people they got all my particulars just now I will loose this car. Please assist me in anyway I am cionfused and deppressed. after two weeks he sold my place again to anothr guy and he told him that my place is vacant so he took the guy s money so now i am stuck with the guy and the chief ran away with both our monies . the place that we buy this stand is full so he sells other people stand and runaway and he does not stay at his office several police have opened against him but nothing is happening . he is busy defrauding the community

Dear Sir/Madam. in 2011 i bought a house for my mother in Moletsane for R390 000. The house was registerd in February 2011 and since then I've been paying R3700 per month. I havent received the keys for the house. The person that sold the house to me is in the business of selling houses (Estate Agent). Aparently he bought this house from auction sale and sold it to me. He didnt tell me there was a dispute going with the house. Now its been 2 years since i've been paying and my mother does not have a decent place to live in. The last time i went to check the house, the house looked different. it has been renovated and those people are staying free of charge. the person that sold the house to me is not making any effort to get the house for us as he sold it to us. He has been paid R390 000 by the bank and also owes close to R90 000 for the rental. He promised to pay me for the rental and he has never deposited a penny in to my account. The name of the estate agent is Southern People Properties and the owner of the business is Willy Kalala. i am certain i am not the only person he has done this to.

I have a problem with Geen&Richards , I bought 3 piece lounge suite in 2011 September and the 3 sitter had a problem I paid R32000 for the lounge and I requested them to take the lounge because I was not happy with if being repaired where’s I paid so much money for it. I went to them in January 2012 to inform about my problem with the item. Now what they did they came to take the lounge this year but the one seater had a cut and I said I’m not going to take it .

On 12 February 2012 I took my car for repairs it was overheating and on 20 February 2012 I paid an amount of R3000 to the mechanic so that he can buy parts and he promise to finish repairing my car within two weeks. I went there again after a month hoping that I'll get my car, weeks,months and a passed. Sometime in October after realising that my parts are missing I went to small claims court and we were given court dates and he didn't peach on all three dates that we were given and nothing have done against him this far. My younger sister bought a property for a price of R70000.00 in August 2008 and paid R70000.00 to Mrs Linah in cash, her son Phineas contacted me and tells me that the price my younger sister paid for the property is not correct because he is selling the property for R100000.00. Hello Speak out: I am Lwazi Mabuza a student at Vaal University of technology. We are a week from the the end of the first term but i am still not registered. I have been sent from office to office ever since the 5th of January. What had happen was: Because of my complications with finances i registered late last semester. To my surprise the school only have me in the system financially. Academically i can liken myself to a ghost, by that i mean the system only know how much i owe, but how well i have studied and work they have no idea. I have been working very hard trying to recover their mistakes. What has been standing between me and my registration is my results. While all my peers are studying preparing for their test and assignments, i am running around offices, trying to get myself registered. I feel all that hard work was in vain since no one came to my aid. The money i owe is too much, there is no other institution that is going to enroll me having so much dept at my shoulder. With the economic status in South Africa to cover up that amount with odd job that i am doing, it will be a life time. Yet with our lord Jehovah God on my side I'm more determined more than ever to take up all my responsibilities as a student but its such an unfortunate for me that the institution is taking all my dream an hopes away down to the drain. I am only a student, i do not have reliable parents to educate, warn and protect me from all the hardships life comes with. My bright future might have already been destroyed, but i am determined, i am going to find another way to make it out of this cruel painful life me and my family is in. But on behalf of me and the rest of the clueless student out there, i do beg the media to intervene in aiding and avoiding the destruction of the country's future economic status. Our future is being crushed right within our grasp. Hence i would like to beg assistance in exposing and finding out what is really happening at this university. The institution is destroying the young generation's precious future, with the laziness of its stuff, and lack of commitment in their work.

Dear Speak Out. Im Desmond Molefe residing in Roodepoort. I bought a vehicle from a guy i go to the gym with. I knew this guy for a long time such that we visited one another like brothers. He also stays in Roodepoort. In 2011 September he sold me a bakkie, with the assurance from him that he doesnt owe the bakkie and that he want to buy a bigger bakkie since he is getting tenders. Hi, i have a major problem with Intec college. Long story short, we paid for exam fees for my wife to go and write an exam. When exam time came they said they did not register her and it is too late. After alot of words and phone calls they agreed to pay the exam fees back to me. They did inform me the it would take between 30 and 90 days. after 90 days i contacted them again and the refered me to Malvin Moodley, every single time i speak to him, i get promissed the money is going to be paid over the next day and 2 days later i have to contact him again just to hear that there is a delay and it will be paid the next day. there is constant excuses. The money was promised to be in my account today (05/04/2013) as well but still nothing. I was told that there is a list of people who needs to be paid urgently and my name is on that list. If that is the case then I am not the only one having this problem. the 90 waiting period expired in February already and still the only responce i am getting is "sorry there is a delay" I need someone to help me get my money back and all the other people for that matter because we are not getting any responce or feedback from Intec College. Hi I'm hoping you can help me as I'm not sure whas I wasat to do anymore. I laid a complaint against a education institute as I requested a quote for the full exams fee I need to pay to be booked for exams, 2 weeks before closing date I emailed them and asked for confirmation that I was infact booked and they responded telling me I must make additional payments first. I contacted the consumer commission and the gentlement sent incorrect information to them regarding my claim (this after 2 weeks of explaining the claim, completing a complaint form and forwarding all supporting documentation) I was then forced to take a second loan and pay the money to be booked. We have been promised to receive travelling funds if we made use of the education service offered by Tshwane North College.
Tshwane North College is a govenrment institution which offers bursaries and travelling allowances to disadvantaged communities in South Africa through the NSFAS organisation.The funding scheme is doing a great job I admit.The scheme successfully pays the students straight to students accounts in 2 payments 'The bursary' and 'The travelling allownaces'.The bursaries are always paid for but the college has to submit the travelling allowanes to the students but instead they give it to a company called Proban SA which handles the travelling finances.Some students have received their amounts in full and some students haven't received their amounts in full,but most haven't received it till today.
We cant go to school anymore because they have promised us that if we enroll at the school they would pay for our transport but they don't do that.
And again last year the school had been reported to be taking funds from the students through Pretoria News,they promised they would rectify the problem.
I personally know more than 50 students who still haven't received their funds.And Proban SA is doing nor saying nothing to fix this problem.
And 2013 new laws have been brought up by the college that if students don't attend they wont get travelling allowances,but how are we suppose to attend in order to get that same travell allowance they are threatening us with,if you guys understand what I mean .
So please help the Tshwane North college students to get the education they always tell them to get.

i was involved in an accident in 2008. Put my claim with Road Accident Fund. I was refered by RAF to their doctor for assessment, payed R4 000 to be assesed. I took the results for assessment from the doctor to RAF. Doctor said to me, RAF has to take me for other assessment because her's is not final. One officer told me they will phone me to confirm the referal,I complained that i am always having pains and ask medical certificate. The lady promised to phone me to get the medical certificate. she did not phone me. i kept on phoning from January 2013 and there was not respond until February where officer said she is no more dealing with my case and she refered it to the other officer. My name is Mister Tlhoriso Tlhatsi(Identity number. On the 21 of June 2012 I purchased a used motor vehicle ( TOYOTA CONQUEST Registration CFM 28218) from BOLT CAPE TRANSPORT STIKLAND for the amount of R20000 The vehicle was sold as it is with no guarantees, upon purchasing the vehicle on 21 of June 2012, I was told to return at the dealership with the vehicle for RWC. As it is stated on the invoice the originals where kept until I return for RWC and only left with the vehicles and licence copy of registration documents on the 21 of June2012. When I returned I was told to leave the vehicle and the copies and it will be registered in my name and they will contact me.
After this I did not hear from the dealership for some time and decided to contact them myself and enquire about the progress on this matter, upon doing this I did not receive any straight answers and I was told to call again on other days. I then decided to pay the dealership another visit and the requested to be refunded the amount of R20000 within seven working days, of which I purchased the vehicle for as I was not interested in the vehicle any more. The dealership promised that they would refund me within that period, but this did not happen.
I then decided to contact the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa regarding this matter they then recommended that I approach the National Consumer Commission as BOLT CAPE TRANSPORT CC does not subscribe to their Transaction Protected Programme. I sent correspondence to the National Consumer commission but they haven’t responded. I kindly request your intervention in this matter as I am losing hope of resolving it on my own. I've got confidence that you are the only one who can help me.

I would like to remain anonymous. I'm a 1st year student at University of KwaZulu Natal- Howard college. As it has been showing on the news that UKZN has a problem of finding Residents for students, Home owners around campus are taking advantage of us students because they know we a desperate. When i tried calling the head office, i spoke to a rude and very disrespectful man called Amed Mohamad who told me that a person dealing with refunds is not there, he'll call me after 30 minutes. i waited for more than 5 hours, still no call from anyone at ELDO. i just called now, i was transfered to a a disrespectful, rude and unprofessional manager Koos, who put a phone down in my ear while i was still explaining to him what transpared. And they referred to Simon, Simon promised to call me back but he didn’t, same thing happened again in the evening on my way home.
Tuesday morning 16/04/2013 same thing again switch off in the middle of highway every 30 seconds. I called them again I couldn’t get hold of Simon they told me he went to deliver a car and they’ll give him my massage.
Wednesday I called the dealership again and still didn’t get any assistance. In the evening on my way home the car was in that limp mode again and I was assistant by a Metro cop.
I got so frustrated I called Simon and told him I don’t want this car anymore and is there a way of them taking their car back or something, he then told me that there’s absolutely nothing they can do.
I should get the car checked out. He said they can’t assist me because I’ve been driving the car for one and a half month.

My name Charles, some guy from Lewis Furnisher Shop opened account for me in 2010. I paid that account form that year until 2011 when I lost my shop. I went to the shop and I find out that guy is no longer working there. When asked for the insurance to help me because im no longer working, the manager said there is no way insurance will help me because I was to permanently employed.
I asked them why they opened the account for me at first while they know that im not permanent at my work place. He told me that initial the person who opened the account for me than a mistake so Im responsible for the payment. I told him im no longer working; he said my account is in good conditions so I must not worry.

Here goes my story, in 2008 i bought a house from Udumo Properties 77, according to the agent it was a bank repossessed bond house, there are people staying in that house, my bond application with Standard bank was approved and the money was paid over to the Agent, the matter went to the High court and we got an eviction order, the people were evicted but they moved back into the house, since then it has been a nightmare, i went all over looking or help with no success, i even went to the bank to ask them to take back the house and they said they cant do that, i went back to the agent asking them to assist me by buying the house back from me and they refused, i have approached few estate agents for help but still nothing seems to help, apparently there are issues regarding the houses in that area, the community is standing firm with their story that he houses are RDP houses not bond houses, i once phoned the dept. of housing and i was told that my house is infact an RDP house, i tried telling the bank that and i was advised to bring the documents stating that it is an RDP house and they will take it from there but i cant get the documents anywhere, not even the dept. of housing can help me with those documents as the house is not under my name.

Dear Speakout. I have a problem with a guest house facility in the Western Cape. I booked a self-catering unit and when i got there i found that the unit did not have a stove. I informed the owner and conclusion reached was that she would give me a full refund. When I called her after the weekend she told me that she decided she wont give me my refund because her books will not balance . I contacted lawyers who sent the guest house a letter of demand and they ignored it and i went to the consumer protection office were i was told that the guest house owner has the right to retract from our verbal refund agreement if she sees fit. I dont believe this is true at all and I honestly do not feel justice has prevailed. I dont know what else to do because my lawyers have advised me to go sue them at a small claims court in Robertsons but that is an entire 4 hour return drive for me. on the 06/02/2012, I contacted Velocity Cars in Cape Town to purchase a car worth R65 000. FNB at Vangate Mall addressed a cheque to them for a value of R65 000 since my application of a loan was approved. However, after considering the condition of the car that I bought sinc it was a Golf and with Mileague of 99 000, I decided to cancel the deal with Velocity cars and fortunate enough the Vehicle was still with them.
On the 07/02/2013, I contacted the salesman to inform him that I am cancelling the deal and I need a refund. I was then dismissed at work on the 08/02/2013 which affected my financial stating further. I have visited Velocity offices on numerous occassions to claim a refund and they provided me with Refund sheets promising that they will pay my money. We then agreed that they will pay the money direct to the bank since it will settle the interest incurred and I have never took the vehicle. I have contacted Scorpion to assist but the Legal Advisor that attended to my claim took so long even to right a letter of demand. even though she has written the letter I am uncertain that Velocity Cars will pay. This has severe impact on my Credit record since I am unable to pay the bank due to my unemployment status and Velocity Cars has used the money for their business interest and that money is making millions. I have approahed the bank to explain this but they cannot claim the money from Velocity Cars.

The Finetown Library (Education and Craft Library SA) Management and the community sustained its effort and volunteered to establish and operate a Nonprofit Active Learning Library (Toy Library Project), SINCE early in 2010, as there is no Library in the Finetown for orphans & vulnerable children, youth and for their respective families.
Currently the NPO Application was lodged successfully on the 19 March 2010, it is legal registered as a nonprofits organisation in terms of the NPO Act 71 of 1997: Education And Craft Library SA - NPO Registration Number: 077 - 810.
While our attempts were to make the 2010 FIFA WORLD CUP to benefit orphans & vulnerable children, youth and for their respective families in Johannesburg - Finetown as there is No Active Library.
Toy Libraries are greatest service to improve the quality of life for orphans & vulnerable children, youth and for their respective families in the community and it must be open to all members of the public including families with children with or without special needs, ECD centres and generally the youth.
As a nonprofit organization we are faced with enormous challenges and problem as the City of Johannesburg
Lodged the Toy Library Project in the same area in August 2011, without any Board, Staff and Budget to run it! As a result it is just a white elephant: (currently not active!)
The Ward Councilman gave to our NPO a consent letter to temporary operate the Toy Library Facility, but other City of Johannesburg Officials refuse us entry till up-to-date, as they claim it is theirs. as result donors advises us to claim our Toy Library Facility Back in order for them to fund us as they cannot fund the City of Johannesburg.
We thereby asking for help from your Firm to assist and advises us on our NPO Case and to obtain an official Lease or Level Services Agreement to operate our Toy Library Facility in Finetown from the City of Johannesburg.

My friend's mother was electrocuted by an ESKOM street pole in 2009. ESKOM appointed a lawyer to act on the childrens' behalf. Since then, nothing has happened. I phoned the lawyer four times but he's in consultation every time. The receptionist takes a message, but he never phones back. It seems like they are never going to be compensated for what happened. I have been debited on my account by a certain company called ZOLTAC (PTY) LTD– SOUTHERN AFRICA.
I cant recall signing a contract which such company, however I managed to get hold of them in order to find out why they have been debiting my account every month since 2009.
They explained to that I have signed a Holiday Club membership account, Then I asked when will the contract end. I was told it will expire in February 2013. Then I said fine I will wait for the contract to expire so you guys must cancel the contract on the expiry date. They agreed to do so. I even asked for a settlement fee and realised that it was not worth it to pay the lump sum I rather wait for the contract to expire.
However till this month this Zoltac company is till debiting my account and I tried contacting them with no vail.
The latest incident happened today when I called them to find out why am I still being debited by Zoltac, I manage to speak to one of their help desk lady who advised that their stuff members are still on lunch. I then left a message to whoever is responsible for my account to contact me ASAP, the help lady agreed to do so.
After lunch time there was nothing coming from Zoltac, I then called them again and the same help desk lady advised me that the person who will help me is LINDI. She promised to pass the message to LINDI so that she can call me as soon as she is done as she was on a call.
That didnt happen, I decided to call again only to be told LINDI was working half day, she has gone home and I she wont be available the next day. I was shocked!!!

I'm writing this passage on behalf of Sibusiso Ntanzi. Mr Ntanzi had been working for a security company called Securitas for the past four yours. It got to a stage last year 21 September 20012 where Mr Ntanzi got ill and he inform his superiors that his not filling well. However, he then stayed away from work till 19 November 2012 and he then came along with a traditional healer documentation that proved that indeed he was ill, and one of his superiors told him to stop working until the matter is sorted out and didn't wanted to take the documentation, he was then served with a disciplinary hearing notice. The hearing was postponed several times without been held for certain reasons until he took the matter to the CCMA course he was stopped without pay.
On the 15 April 2013 both parties appeared in the CCMA and the company agreed to reinstate him, and a documentation was signed stating that within 48 hours he will appear in a discipline hearing, but the company didn't take him to a fair hearing till now,and they not willing to pay him up for the 8 past months without pay. His back at work but the company is putting the money saga under the carpet. Please help his really suffering from stress course he has 3 kids and the other one is weeks old. My complain is about African Bank .This has been going on more then eleven years now.It started in March 2001
I originally tooked my loan with Saambou Bank and this loan was with insurance included.I was unexpeted retrenched in that same year ,i inform Saambou Bank regards this and faxed my retrenchement letter and they assured me that i do not have to worry because i' got insurance, and that i am cover for my loan, should i become disable,involved in an accident or retrenched.3 years later on 24/03/2003 case no 8968/03 WILSENACH VAN WYK GOOSEN & BEKKER attorney summons me with a judgement from African Bank for the amount of R15708.68.I told them that i was retrenched and that i am still unemployed and that the loan i took was with insurance,and that my husband is sick but yet i was told that i must pay this amount even though i faxed my retrenchment letter to Saambou and to this attorney i still had to pay.Because i was unemployed i had to leave my sick husband alone at home and had to go work part time just so that i could pay something towards this loan .Again in 2005 another summons from a different attorney on 13/10/2005 case no 17086/05 DE BEERS attorney for the amount of R26495.66 also from African Bank.Again i question and told them about my situation i was still told and forced to pay.Again another summons from African Bank for amount of R20187.75 Maravedi Credit Solutions on 06/01/2013
My question was to the ABIL consumer dispute officer Tarryn Reddy of african bank .I paid in 2001 before i was retrenched R3100 for Saambou and i told saambou bank that i was retrenched,and again for judgement 8968/03 from African Bank was still unemployed and on top of it ,it was not even on African Bank's system and fro another judgemet case number 17086/05 i paid R12398.75 and this was not even on the CREDIT BUREAUS SYSTEM and again. R9700 For same case no 17086/05 which was with the last attorney that they used for these case no was 030251628002 at Maravedi credit solutions TOTAL IN ALL I PAID WAS R25198.75 I do not understand i forward my compliant to the Ombudsman on the 7/04/2013 and still no reply case no 13/04:0117 and top of this Tarryn Reddy Instruct the credit bureaus what should go on my credit profile.I got each and every email from Tarryn Reddy And ,Experian credit and from XDS credit,she even instruct them to put on my credit profile a warning and that my accounts was in arrears with african bank and it even show it is active.

My name is Jane Masilela, am staying in Limpopo at the location called Mahwelereng, i have a problem with procell (vodacom) in Naboomspruit, i work at Department of Education here in Naboomspruit (Mookgophong).
last year in August i bought a lapton at vodacom here in Naboomspruit,the guy who was helping me he name is Vincent SORRY i don't know his surname, i told him that i need a laptop for my studies as i am a student at UNISA,
this guy said to me i don't qualify for Big laptop then i qualify for webbook with mordem(mini laptop) so i did not have a problem with that because i was desparate for a laptop. i entered into a contract with them, they gave me the webbook.
when i got home i tryed to connect the laptop with that mordem i just found out that the mordem could not per with the laptop, i then went back to vodacom to tell them about that, then VINCENT everyday he was trying to connct the mordem to the laptop and it was no working until the laptop rich seven days, when i tell them i want to cuncil the contract they say i can't cuncil bacuase i should have cuncil before seven day, then i said ok then u can fix the laptop for me.
in September they took it to POLOKWANE to be fixed, when it come back after a month they call me to come and collect my laptop, i went there to collect, before i took it i said to VINCENT can u please check if is working before i live the shop, only to findout it was still not working, i told them i can't take it because it is still not working, it was in the shop for the hole month of November, then after they then took it to Johannesburg so that they can fix it, then in Johannesburg they did not fix it and said it is the manufacture's problem.
then this year in February 2013 they sand the new webbook for me, i then went to collect it, i also ask VINCENT to check if it is working or if it does per with the mordem, only to find out that the same problem occure with the laptop, it is still not working and i don't have a laptop i only have a mordem with me.
what is stressing me is that every month they deduct R200.00 from my account for the contract, on the 22 may 2013 am writting my exams i still don't have a laptop and i was struggling to submit my assignment on the internet. i ask them to give me a big laptop and they can increas their deduction to any amount aslong as i could have a laptop, they said am not contracted for a Big laptop is only for a webbook.
now i want speakout to help me with the matter, i want my laptop. i want them to give me a new laptop and a big one not that mini laptop(webbook)
I hope that this letter will be taken into a consideration.

I was transferred to Springs because that was the only campus that had the FEA Course! Its been 5 mnths now and my Economics marks are still outstanding! When ever my mom calls the campus they tell her that my marks are still not back yet!
