Good day.My name is Ernest I request LEIHLO LA SECHABA to investigate on my mother's behave MIFBA surplus aportionment scheme.The reason why is that"I sent a claim on behalf of my father who passed away in 2006send death certificate ,ID and applicition formand copy of my ID.First reply was he does not qualify ,after phone them to findout why,then the lady said he will ask the senior to explain but then I hang up the phone until it cut off.To my surprise after couple of weeks,there was a letter stating that they are please to confirm that he qualify and stating amount involve.I feeled up the form because my mother can not because of previous political reasons.Her "Reference book "was taken away and schredded upask to apply for Passport.Anyway I was then told that i need to reopen my father'"Estate Late account".I was forced to go to Lesotho to speak to my mother who is mentally stressed sickness to obtain approval.It took me almost 3 month to convince the court that I am truly looking after my mother,then the court approved.Coming back home Master's office again to convince.I final manage to reopen the account of which I have a chequebook and forward banking details in January2013.When I went to inquire end of February I was told they are still processing but end of March no he does not qualify,since he died before 31 march 2008.This definetly going to take my mother's life i'm afraid because that money is suppose to help her.My concious tell me the is something going wrong in there.PLEASE HELP ME FIND OUT.My number is 0733335810/0119158783.I will apreciate it if you can get to the bottom of this matter as I have explanatio to make,thanking you in advance.

Good day. My name is Mmangoako Moloto,I was working at Cambridge Foods in Johannesburg I was fired from work over a stocktake that didn't go well. My working conditions were not pleasant. I was a butchery supervisor,and my store manager hated my guts. He would threaten me that he will fire me because he doesn't need people like me in his shop. I worked there for almost a year and I never received any form of uniform or name badge like any other employees. If I put a query abt it,he answer by saying I don't need all of that because he will fire me soon. He sent me threatening texts when ever I would go out for lunch. A week after those threats I got dismissed over stocktake counts,which led to me being fired. The procedures of the stocktake where not followed. I counted with my butchery stuff only . I was suppose to do the countibgs with a security officer and the store manager himself,then after that give it in to the admin lady to capture the counts. They never did that. I counted and I captured the counts. I had to wait for the variances but it was late so the assistance store manager asured me that if the counts don't balance he will get the remaining stuff members to re-count it. So I went home as usual. I was shocked that later that night I received a watsup message informing me that I'm dismissed with immediate effect because of the stock take that went short. My other concern is that I got into an accident while on duty on 2 occasions. My first injury I fell at the receive bay and injured my left knee. I took it to hospital and got a 1medical form,the employer also had to fill it in. He did then misplaced those forms. I asked him(store manager) abt it, he told me to forget abt it. He told me I fell on purpose thinking I will get company money. For that fact I won't get any compedation,which I never did. I'm stil on treatment for my knee,its almost a year now. The second time I fell on the escalators cos they were not working. I couldn't lift my leg because of my,he said it was just an act because the big bosses were visiting the store. He would question my doctors appointments saying I bought them,there's nothing wrong with my knee. In all these cases I have prove that the store manager did actually all this. This company together with service Seat make money with us in 2010th -2011. They train us busennes administration , it was a learnership, This people they must gave us stipend 4 12 months, and ussue us a certificate , but all that was a dream. So we are group of disability people we need help , we need the certificate & money of stipend that belong to that leadership .Pls most of us when they look 4 the job that certificate wanted. Most of the people who work 4 this company they benefits ,we as people with disability we got nothing,and even the service seat who gave this company money don't care about us. I work for retail store Webbers in JHB. This is a big company which I find unfair for them to dismiss employees for stock loss whereas they are not having in their system stock on hand. Only head office get to tell you are short and as manager you have no records as they charge according to what they receive in their warehouse. Please help I guess my job is at stake here
