Hectic Nine-9 is where the world of television and the world of ‘tweens’ collide. This is the place where their opinions matter - a new-age, revolutionary daily, live, magazine show.
Hectic Nine-9 combines interactive studio experiences with viewer generated content. The high energy presenters, games, laughs, mystery and mastery of the presenters, the challenges and gossip in-studio, guests and location inserts from around the country blend together to provide viewers with 24 minutes high velocity ‘must-see and experience’ entertainment.
Inspired by social networking platforms such as MySpace, Facebook, YouTube and the millions of conversations happening amongst SA tweens on cell phones daily, Hectic Nine-9 aims to be one of the most interactive shows ever produced for SA Television.

My name is Sidney Klaaste and I'm a proud product of the Department of Correctional service. I love watching your show with my kids when I get the opportunity, as I'm working irregular hours. Last week you had a show about our heroes. On your show were SAPS, Health department and Emergency service. What saddens me as a correctional official is that I am my kids hero and they know what their father put in. The SAPS arrest offenders, the NPA deal with them during hearings, but we as a department have to ensure they don't escape from custody. In short, correctional service need to ensure safety of offenders, members, visitors, contractors, ngo's and the public adlarge. Please give us the recognition we deserve and help us restore dignity in those who already lost hope!!!
