Rosette Mogomotsi and Lunga Ncwana celebrate wedding
Model Rosette Mogomotsi and affluent businessman Lunga Ncwana celebrated their white wedding in the Cape Winelands on Saturday.
Prior to their white wedding, the couple tied the knot in a traditional wedding ceremony at Rosette's home in Tembisa, east of Johannesburg, early in February.
With many high-profile South Africans in attendance, Rosette and former ANC Youth League leader Lunga reportedly spared no expense for their special day in the Boschendal Wine Estate in Franchoek on 21 March.
According to TimesLive, a lot of the furniture at the wedding was custom-designed to "match the style and sophistication" of the theme the couple had chosen. This bespoke furniture reportedly included pieces such as lampshades, couches, coffee tables and ottomans.
The wedding party apparently enjoyed performances by comedian Chris Forrest, rapper HHP, Afro-pop duo Mafikizolo, and tenor Sandile Kamle, and were also treated to an open-air lounge, a cigar and whisky bar, and a three-course dinner.
Guests who attended are said to have included controversial businessman Theunis Crous and his wife Primrose, Lee-Ann Liebenberg and husband Nicky van der Walt, Tokyo Sexwale, President Jacob Zuma's lawyer, the bride's ex-boyfriend Andile Ncube, and many other high-profile politicians and members of government.
Lingerie and swimwear model Rosette has since shared some Instagram photos of the wedding, for which her four-year-old daughter, Gabriella, with SABC sports presenter Andile was one of the bridesmaids.
